We normally accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For repeat orders we can discuss flexible terms.

It depends on the model. Many units can be mixed in one container, so a single machine is often possible. Tell us your target models and we will confirm.

FOB Qingdao is normally 15–30 days. If the model is in stock, delivery can be as fast as 7 days.

We operate a complete quality control system. Our QC team inspects the quality and specifications of every machine, monitors each production step and checks the goods again before packaging.

Standard model parameters are fixed, but special configurations such as plate thickness, engine brand and exterior colour can be customised. This requires additional evaluation time and cost.

All products include a one-year online technical support warranty. Damage caused by manual misuse, failure to follow the maintenance manual, or the use of non-original parts is not covered.

Depending on size and characteristics we choose either wooden cases or fixed supports, and ship by container sea freight. Other delivery methods can be arranged on request.

After communication we agree the cooperation terms, you pay the deposit and the factory starts production. When the machines are finished you can verify them by video, then pay the balance and we arrange delivery. Total lead time is normally 15–30 days.
